When delivering coach to player workshops, we emphasize the importance of knowing what the PURPOSE of our session is.  Each camp has a primary focus, followed by one or two secondary focuses.    
 
Focus #1 - Speed - Agility - Quickness, AKA S.A.Q. 
Focus #2 - Capital City Combine
Focus #3 - Offensive/Defensive Camp
 
-S.A.Q. is focused on increasing the speed of fast twitch muscle fibers which enable athletes to run faster, make sharper cuts, and increase overall balance.  
 
-capital city Combine introduces youth athletes to high school, college, and pro level dirlls/events, with the combination of tracking their measurments for future improvement.  
 
-Finally, our Offensive/Defensive camp gives athletes hands on coaching on the field, and classroom style coaching, to improve the mental and physical aspect of football.
